Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee content creation and brand messaging to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate marketing efforts using KPIs and analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to design long-term strategic plans for market positioning and growth.
- Analyse competitive trends, industry developments, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop business models and assess new revenue streams to enhance profitability.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives across departments.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
- Manage strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor budgets for marketing and strategy projects, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing and promotional campaigns.
Key Qualifications and SkillsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles, preferably in media or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of strategic frameworks, business modeling, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and managing editorial teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of digital media trends, SEO, and audience engagement metrics.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
